A motorist was fined for using a mobile phone while driving in Titchfield.
Nicholas Michael Chappell, 42, of The Lakes, Swanmore pleaded guilty to using a mobile telephone and not wearing an adult belt while driving along Mill Lane on July 31 last year.
He also pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without the correct licence and correct insurance permitting him to do so.
Chappell was fined £110 by Fareham magistrates and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £65 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
He also had six points endorsed on his licence.
